Direct2U prescription service

ULSU is pleased to offer a service that will save you money and time by having your prescription drugs delivered right to campus or a location nearest you!

The Direct2U Prescription service is available to ALL students at the University of Lethbridge, even if you are not on the ULSU Health Plan, and will allow you to get your prescriptions, for a lower cost, delivered to the ULSU Office (or location nearest you), the next business day – at no additional cost! Direct2U Prescriptions is powered by DrugSmart Pharmacy.

How to get a new prescription

To take advantage of free delivery (see Shipping policy), ask your doctor to fax your prescription directly to our Virtual Pharmacy at 1-833-MY-DSP-RX (1-833-693-7779). 

Prescription refills can be easily ordered online or by calling the phone number on your medication label.

What if I don’t live on campus or I am on a break or graduating?

DrugSmart Pharmacy can deliver to ANY location in Canada using ANY drug plan! If you are not on campus, or located in another city, you may have your prescriptions delivered to the closest FedEx depot or Canada Post location via Xpresspost.

How can I speak to a pharmacist?

What if I opted out of the ULSU health plan, can I still use Direct2U?

Yes, all students can use Direct2U with their own plans. All other students who use Direct2U, but are not on the ULSU plan will save money using this service. DrugSmart Pharmacy uses lower dispensing fees and competitive markups to help save you money. There is no cost to activate your membership and no additional cost for them to deliver your prescription!
