1. The Students' Union Club of the Year Award

This annual award will be presented to the Students’ Union ratified club that has demonstrated the most outstanding effort and dedication in its endeavors over the past year. This club should have held numerous successful initiatives and should be in excellent standing with Clubs’ Council.

2. The Students' Union Outstanding New Club Award

This annual award will be presented to a new Students’ Union-ratified club that has demonstrated the most outstanding creative endeavors over the past year. This club should be a newly ratified club for the current academic year and has held numerous successful events or activities and should be in excellent standing with the Clubs Council.

3. The Students' Union Levy Group of the Year Award

This annual award will be presented to the Students’ Union levy group which has demonstrated outstanding services that champion social and cultural programs while supporting the student experience at the University of Lethbridge.

4. The John Brocklesby Students' Union Award of Excellence

This is a prestigious award presented to the member of the University of Lethbridge Students’ Union General Assembly who has made the most significant contribution to the Students’ Union General Assembly, the students of the University of Lethbridge, and the University of Lethbridge community.

5. The Students' Union Helping Hand Award

This is an annual award presented to a University of Lethbridge staff, faculty, or campus organization external to the ULSU that has made the most significant and lasting contribution to the University of Lethbridge Students’ Union over the past academic year.

6. The Students’ Union Continued Support Award

This is an annual award presented to a community member for continued support to the ULSU.

7. The Students' Union Student of the Year Award

This is an annual award presented to the student who embodied leadership, and commitment, and has contributed to the betterment of the U of L students; this may have been exemplified by involvement in clubs, non-profit &/or student organizations, community, and volunteerism (This award winner is selected from the entire student body).

8. The Students' Union STUDENT Employee of the Year Award

This is an annual award presented to the Students’ Union student employee who has demonstrated the most outstanding contribution and ethics to our organization over the past year. This individual personifies the values of the University of Lethbridge Students’ Union in all his/her endeavors and is enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Lethbridge.

9. The Students' Union Employee of the Year Award

This annual award will be presented to the Students’ Union employee who has demonstrated the most outstanding contribution and ethics to our organization over the past year. This person should personify the values of the University of Lethbridge Students’ Union in all their endeavors.

10. The Students' Union Volunteer Award

This is an annual award presented to the most dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer, specifically for Students’ Union events and initiatives. This individual is enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Lethbridge.

11. The Students' Union Building (SUB) Spirit Award

This award will be presented to an individual, vendor, or university department located within the Students’ Union Building. The winner of this award has embodied the spirit of the Students’ Union Building by going above and beyond to make it a welcoming place for everyone through their positive presence, services, or community interactions.

12. The Students' Union Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) Award

The ULSU Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility (EDIA) Award honors a student, faculty, or staff that showcases their passion for working towards a more accessible, equitable, diverse, and inclusive community at the University of Lethbridge.

The ULSU EDIA Award recognizes the incredible achievement in promoting EDIA awareness and the student's actions to create safer spaces for everyone, especially for those under-represented (women, racialized minorities, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ2S+) on campus.

13. The Students' Union Outstanding Student Support Group Award

This award honors a Student Services support group that has contributed greatly to improving the student experience on campus. This could take the form of mental health help, ensuring & encouraging physical wellness, and overall providing outstanding support to students in the University community.

14. The Volunteer Lethbridge Community Service Award

Many clubs exist to provide community services. Giving back to the community is this club’s mandate and is of utmost importance. The winner of this award has demonstrated outstanding commitment to this mandate, benefiting the community as a whole. Through fundraising, volunteering, and awareness campaigns, this club has directly improved the quality of its community and has enhanced student life in the process.

15. The Alumni Association Cultivating Campus Award

For the group that demonstrates the most campus pride and involvement across campus. This group visibility celebrates our campus and promotes a spirit of wellness, community, and a place where students can use their strengths and talents. This includes engaging in cross-programming and collaborative efforts outside the Students’ Union, including faculties, student services, and other clubs.
