Let's Get Mental

"Let's Get Mental is a club for all! Mental Health affects all of us and it's easy to forget about it while in University. This club is geared towards providing helpful techniques and strategies to reduce stress and improve mental health. We aim to have monthly/ bi-weekly events where members can socialize and have a bit of a break from the stress environment of university. All in all, Let's Get Mental is there to be a safe, stress-free space for anyone who may need it."
